1. Prepare Brown Gravy with water according to package directions. Whisk in adobo purée.
2. Warm shredded beef barbacoa and combine with chipotle gravy, tossing to coat.
3. Place 2 oz of chipotle shredded beef mixture on each tortilla. Top with 1-oz roasted corn, 1/2-oz shredded cabbage, 1/4-oz onion, 1 oz of cotija crumbles, and garnish with cilantro, jalapeños, and radish slices, as needed.
Note: Avocado, salsa, hot sauce, and crema are all great additions to these tacos.
