1. Thoroughly whisk together Seasoning, water, fish sauce, garlic, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Reserve half of the sauce/marinade for reducing later.
3. Use the remaining half as a marinade. Marinate protein 6–24 hours. Discard marinade.
4. Heat reserved marinade on high heat until it reaches a syrup-like consistency.
5. Toss cooked protein in reduced sauce.
